📜 Giveaway Terms & Conditions

By joining the Play4Kids giveaway, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before submitting your entry.

1. Eligibility

The giveaway is open to residents of the European Union and Schengen area, aged 18 or older. Entries from outside these regions may be disqualified.

2. Entry

To enter, participants must complete the signup form and confirm their email address. Only confirmed entries are valid.

3. Unsubscription

If you unsubscribe from our mailing list before the giveaway ends, your entry will be automatically removed and you will no longer be eligible to win.

4. Winner Selection

Winners are selected randomly from all confirmed and active entries at the end of the giveaway period. The selection process is fully automated by our system to ensure fairness and transparency. Play4Kids staff has no influence over the outcome, and all decisions are final and cannot be appealed.

If we detect that a participant unsubscribed before the giveaway ended but was still present in the list and selected as a winner, the system will automatically disqualify that entry and select a new winner.

5. Prize Delivery

Prizes are shipped free of charge to the winner’s provided address. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in non-delivery.

6. Data Use

Participant data is only used to operate the giveaway and deliver prizes. For more details, see our Privacy Policy.
